Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing. Performing exercise that improves strength, balance or fitness is crucial for staying active and reducing falls.
All libraries will close at 6pm on Wednesday 11/27 for the Thanksgiving holiday. We will reopen Saturday, 11/30.
