Playing with your baby or toddler is not only important for bonding but is also an educational experience for your child. We are providing a special time for you to come to the library and spend one-on-one time playing with your little one.
Come learn how you can boost your confidence and improve your strength, balance, and mobility with yoga. No prior experience needed, but please bring your own mat and wear something you can easily move in.
Sharing in playtime is an excellent way to help children build social skills, promote learning, and discover that the library is a destination for fun! Children will have the opportunity to practice skills such as: following directions, socializing with others, using language, and using small and large muscles. Come meet new friends, bond with your little one, and explore the many resources your neighborhood library has to offer!
Seniors stay active and independent! SAIL is designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and improve activities for daily living.
