Staying Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing. Performing exercise that improves strength, balance or fitness is critical for staying active and reducing risk falls.

The Intermediate Tai Chi class teaches participants ways to improve their overall mind, body and spirit through a series of slow continuous movements. The class meets twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for six weeks.
