The Intermediate Tai Chi class teaches participants ways to improve their overall mind, body and spirit through a series of slow continuous movements. The class meets twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for six weeks.

Come Join the Fun.  The Bethany Library and the Bethany YMCA have joined together to provide fun for the whole family.  There will be a Creepy Story Walk, Bouncy House, Music, Games and Crafts.  Family friendly costumes are welcome.
