Total Wellness is a FREE interactive weight loss program for adults to help prevent diabetes and heart disease. Classes meet one hour a week for eight weeks.

Our group is for all quillers- beginners, experienced, or somewhere in between. All tools and supplies are provided to get you started learning the basics.
