High Adventures on the Seven Seas led you to the red X on the map. A deserted island with white sands was the place that would change your life forever. While digging through the sand, you hit a plank of wood.
The movements of Tai Chi help older adults reduce their risk of falling, while also increasing balance and flexibility. Participants learn ways to improve their overall mind, body and spirit through a series of slow, continuous movements.
Children ages 1-18 are invited to enjoy a mid-day snack and dinner at Ralph Ellison Library Monday - Friday at 12:00PM and 5:00PM.
Meals are provided by Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma's Summer Feeding program.

Mermaids are hypnotic and fascinating, but they also have an incredible history of myth, legend, and sightings. Come enjoy some hands-on activities while learning all about the history and evolution of mermaids throughout human culture.
