The movements of Tai Chi help older adults reduce their risk of falling, while also increasing balance and flexibility. Participants learn ways to improve their overall mind, body and spirit through a series of slow, continuous movements.
Children ages 1-18 are invited to enjoy a mid-day snack and dinner at Ralph Ellison Library Monday - Friday at 12:00PM and 5:00PM.
Meals are provided by Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma's Summer Feeding program.

Tweens! Thursdays are YOUR day in the library. On the first and third Thursday of every month, we'll have classes, activities and all kinds of fun just for you. The In-Be-Tweens meet on the first and third Thursday of the month.
Read the bones to discover the story written in them. Students will be introduced to the world of forensic science and learn how to identify pathologies (evidence of trauma and disease) found on a variety of animal bones.
