The movements of Tai Chi help older adults reduce their risk of falling, while also increasing balance and flexibility. Participants learn ways to improve their overall mind, body and spirit through a series of slow, continuous movements.
Children ages 1-18 are invited to enjoy a mid-day snack and dinner at Ralph Ellison Library Monday - Friday at 12:00PM and 5:00PM.
Meals are provided by Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma's Summer Feeding program.
