Let’s get stronger, together! Evidence suggests that Tai Chi is an effective means of improving balance, strengthening muscles, and building confidence to prevent falls. Tai Chi is a low-impact dance-like exercise that can be performed almost anywhere.
The introductory class teaches participants ways to improve their overall mind, body and spirit through a series of slow continuous movements. Registration closes 01/04/2022 and you must attend the first session to be enrolled in the class.
