This program is perfect for young children. We will share short books together and sing songs and do motions with parents help. Suggested ages 0-3. 

This is a continuation of the previous 6 week class. We are not taking new registrations for this program. Keep an eye out for another class in the spring.

Adults and teens, ages 16 and older, can improve their reading, spelling, and writing skills in this free class. The class meets twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday and is coordinated by Community Literacy Centers (CLC).

Let your imagination soar at our Toddler craft time! We will use an assortment of odds and ends to create our very own pieces of art. Librarians will be on hand to help provide you with all the resources you need to spread your artistic wings!

Channel your inner architect to build the most elaborate maze for our robots to navigate! Use oatmeal containers, cereal boxes, cardboard, and many other supplies to create a challenge for the opposing teams.

The Total Wellness program provides FREE interactive weight loss classes for Oklahoma County residents to help prevent diabetes and heart disease. Classes meet one hour every week for eight weeks.

Join us for a fun learning experience on how to make Cherokee-style baskets! All materials will be supplied, and you will take home a basket you make.

Come play with puppets and friends. Enjoy a time of music, movement, crafts and stories. This program is best suited for students who can follow basic song movements and listen to slightly longer stories. Suggested ages 3-6.

Let’s get stronger, together! Evidence suggests that Tai Chi is an effective means of improving balance, strengthening muscles, and building confidence to prevent falls.

Each month, we will select a different genre, such as mystery, romance, or science fiction, and then we will each choose our own monthly read from the genre.

Free, in-person math, science and language arts enrichment and assistance is available for students of all ages. This service is available Tuesdays and Thursdays year round.

Children are able to sign-up for a reading time 10 minutes before program begins.

Teens, give back to the community with fun DIY projects! Make dog toys for a local animal shelter, no-slip socks for nursing home residents, cards for hospital patients, and more! Plus, learn about ways you can volunteer all year long.
