Staying Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing.
Hey, Diddle Diddle-- Kids and families will love Mother Goose on the Loose ®! Mother Goose on the Loose ® is a play-based early literacy program that uses books, puppets, flannel pieces, music, and movement to bring language and literacy to life! Join us for this exciting, innovative program for young children.
This program is perfect for young children. We will share short books together and sing songs and do motions with parents help. Suggested ages 0-3.
Staying Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) Fitness Class
SAIL is designed to meet the fitness needs of older adults; each class includes cardio and strength training, plus balance and flexibility exercise.
Adults and teens, ages 16 and older, can improve their reading, spelling, and writing skills in this free class. The class meets twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday and is coordinated by Community Literacy Centers (CLC).
Let your imagination soar at our Toddler craft time! We will use an assortment of odds and ends to create our very own pieces of art. Librarians will be on hand to help provide you with all the resources you need to spread your artistic wings!

The Total Wellness program provides FREE interactive weight loss classes for Oklahoma County residents to help prevent diabetes and heart disease. Classes meet one hour every week for eight weeks.
