Join us for an early childhood art program for you and your little ones! A librarian will read a story connected to the art project, then guide caregivers and children through the art making process.
123! Play with Me! is a four-week series for babies, toddlers, preschoolers, parents, and caregivers. Fun and play-based, this program provides an environment rich with toys, books, and art activities and an opportunity for families to spend time together, make new friends, and talk one-on-one with early childhood and family support specialists.
This is a recurring event and takes place every Friday in September.
This event is held at multiple libraries.
Make a mess! We promise it’s okay. Come join us as we create interactive experiences for your child to create art through their own process. Hands? Fingers? Toes? You got ‘em...let’s use ‘em...to make ART!
Creating simple art is one of the building blocks of a child's development. Research proves that the process develops fine motor skills and aids in language development, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking skills.
Join us for coffee and conversation. Meet some of your neighbors and community members while connecting through conversation, creativity, and sharing. Enjoy books, board games, puzzles, dominoes, and cards. Looking for your next great read?
