The Total Wellness program provides FREE interactive weight loss classes for Oklahoma County residents to help prevent diabetes and heart disease. Classes meet one hour every week for eight weeks.

Come play with puppets and friends. Enjoy a time of music, movement, crafts and stories. This program is best suited for students who can follow basic song movements and listen to slightly longer stories. Suggested ages 3-6.
