Continuing to build on our Tai Chi for Better Balance Series, this continuation class will help you to further develop your Tai Chi skills. Learn new forms that can help you improve your balance, strength, and mobility.
Let’s get stronger, together! Evidence suggests that Tai Chi is an effective means of improving balance, strengthening muscles, and building confidence to prevent falls. Tai Chi is a low-impact dance-like exercise that can be performed almost anywhere.

Come by Capitol Hill after school if you're looking for something fun to do. We will have different activities and crafts available to create at your own pace and enjoy with friends. Similar programs exist at multiple libraries.

Young readers build "pawsitive" self-esteem, self-confidence and improve their reading skills while reading aloud to certified therapy dogs. Similar events exist at multiple libraries.
Bored? Hang out with us at the library. Each Monday, we'll have some type of teen activity. It could be robotics and coding, arts and crafts, music, theatre, writing, or something else entirely! No fooling!
Adults can improve their reading, spelling, and writing skills in this free class.
Put on your pajamas and grab your favorite stuffed friend! We will enjoy stories, songs, rhymes, and an occasional craft, so come join the fun! Space is limited.This is a recurring event and takes place on Mondays.
