Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing. Performing exercise that improves strength, balance or fitness is crucial for staying active and reducing falls.

Learn linocut printmaking! In this workshop, you will prepare a linoleum block, transfer your image, carve the block, and print your design! This is a great opportunity to learn a new art form and create a unique print that you can take home.
