Staying Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing. Performing exercise that improves strength, balance or fitness is critical for staying active and reducing risk falls.

Looking for a low impact way to re-center during your busy day? Join us for this gentle yoga practice. Chair Yoga is a form of Yoga that can be done while sitting in a chair or using a chair for support.
