The Intermediate Tai Chi class teaches participants ways to improve their overall mind, body and spirit through a series of slow continuous movements. The class meets twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for six weeks.

Celebrate fall with a come-and-go pumpkin painting party! Ralph Ellison will have craft supplies and small *faux* pumpkins to decorate, and pumpkins are available on a first come, first serve basis.
