This all ages kit combining Earth Day and Poetry month into one! Each kit contains wildflower seed paper with printed words and a pen. individuals will create black out poetry and then plant their seed paper in the ground.

April is National Poetry Month. To celebrate, we'll be creating our own blackout poetry. Blackout or erasure poetry is created by taking any form of printed text and blacking out the unwanted words to create a poem or statement.

As part of Earth Day and the Library's yearlong theme of celebrating the religious diversity of our community, pick up an activity kit with all of the supplies necessary to make a simple birdfeeder.

This kit is designed for children ages 6-12. Celebrate National Poetry month by making a Haiku Tunnel Book. A Tunnel Book is a 3-D, movable book that you read by looking through it.
