Event Description

Join us each month as we read and explore the Zoey and Sassafras series by Asia Citro. On the second Wednesday of the month, our club meetings will include a fun conversation about the book as well as a hands-on activity inspired by the books. Zoey, an inquisitive girl, and her charming cat Sassafras discover an amazing secret! There are magical creatures living right in her backyard! They come to her when they are injured or need help. Science concepts and persistence are introduced in a fun and engaging way as Zoey explores how to help each magical creature. Each book features a new magical animal with a problem that must be solved using science.
