Event Description
Yoga has numerous benefits, such as increased flexibility, improved muscle strength, increased blood flow, better posture, balance, and more! Learn about deep breathing and full body stretching to unite body and mind and promote relaxation. Please bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water. Registration required. Participants must be able to attend all 8 sessions.
