Whose Land? : Native American Heritage Month

Celebrate Native American Heritage Month by learning about the indigenous peoples who lived and traveled in our area. This kit will guide your family through research to create a map showing the identifying Indigenous Nations, territories, and Indigenous communities in Oklahoma. Using the resources provided, you will be able to work together to create a land acknowledgement for where you live and other places in the state you like to visit.
