Join us for our Opening Ceremony of the Voices and Votes: Democracy in America Smithsonian Exhibit!

10am: Introduction

10:30am: Ribbon Cutting

10:50am: Student Essay and Art Contest Winners Presentation

11:00am: The Mattie Mallory Story with Bethany Children's Health Center

11:30am: Suffragette Storytime with the League of Women Voters

12:00pm: Flag Ceremony

1:00pm: Armed Forces Band Performance

 

This event is part of the Voices and Votes: Democracy in America exhibit.  

Voices and Votes has been made possible in Bethany by the Oklahoma Humanities Council. Voices and Votes: Democracy in America is part of Museum on Main Street, a collaboration between the Smithsonian Institution and State Humanities Councils nationwide. It is based on an exhibition by the National Museum of American History. Support for Museum on Main Street has been provided by the United States Congress
