Program Description

Event Description

(3rd - 5th grade) "Eyes in front animal hunts, eyes on side animal hides." Animal skulls can tell us what an animal eats and if an animal is a predator or prey animal. In this program, students will study animal dentition from over a dozen species and learn how to read eye placement on a skull to identify predator and prey animals. Students will also identify mystery animal skulls as carnivores, herbivores, or omnivores.
