Can your child bend like a pretzel while balancing on one leg? Yoga doesn't have to be crazy or hard, it can be fun and challenging; making you stronger in body and mind, as well as promoting gross motor skills! Learn some basic yoga poses and movements that even toddlers can do! Parents and caregivers are encouraged to participate with their children!
