Feeling stressed out? Want to learn new ways to relax? Come join me and other stressed out teens and learn 6 different ways to handle test anxiety, social stress, and how to get to sleep faster. Each technique only requires 10 minutes to help you feeling relaxed and less worried about stress in your life. Techniques include writing, exercise, breathing, coloring, mindfulness, and primal screaming. Try them all to see which one helps you! Ages 12-18.
