Continuing to build on our Tai Chi for Better Balance Series, this continuation class will help you to further develop your Tai Chi skills.  Learn new forms that can help you improve your balance, strength, and mobility.  This low impact class is suitable for adults.  Don't forget to check out the library's resources about the practice of Tai Chi!
