Learn ways to improve your overall mind, body and spirit through a series of slow continuous movements.
Tai Chi helps reduce the risk of falling, increases balance and flexibility. It does not matter how strong, flexible or active you are. This course is designed for people of all levels of health. Classes will meet twice a week for six weeks. Instructor is provided through OHAI.
