Let’s get stronger, together! Evidence suggests that Tai Chi is an effective means of improving balance, strengthening muscles, and building confidence to prevent falls. Tai Chi is a low-impact dance-like exercise that can be performed almost anywhere.

The introductory class teaches participants ways to improve their overall mind, body and spirit through a series of slow continuous movements. Registration closes 01/04/2022 and you must attend the first session to be enrolled in the class. Evidence suggests that Tai Chi is an effective means of improving balance, strengthening muscles, and building confidence to prevent falls.
