Event Description

Make a Stop Motion Movie

Have you seen stop-motion movies such as Wallace and Gromit or Chicken Run? In this two-day program, you will write a story, create characters and props, film, and edit your own stop-motion movie. At the end, everyone will show their movies for everyone to enjoy.

This is a two-part class. It will take place on Wednesday and Thursday, July 9 and 10. Children need only register for the first class, and they'll be automatically registered for the second. Attendance at the first class is required to attend the second class.

Due to the complexity of the project and the limited time available to complete it, children under 10 years old are required to have an adult or an older sibling attend the class with them to assist with the project.

Participants will be using hot glue guns.  Parents are welcome to stay and assist if desired.
