Program Description

Event Description

May is National Stroke Awareness Month. “Strokes can happen to anyone, at any age. In fact, globally about one in four adults over the age of twenty-five (25) will have a stroke in their lifetime. Most adults in the U.S. don’t know the B.E.F.A.S.T warning signs of stroke, and that stroke is largely preventable, treatable and beatable.” Please join Integris instructor, Charlotte Colbert, in raising awareness of stroke, its symptoms and prevention.
