Program Description

Event Description

“Strokes can happen to anyone, at any age.” In fact, globally about one in four adults over the age of twenty-five (25) will have a stroke in their lifetime. Most adults in the U.S. don’t know the B.E.F.A.S.T warning signs of stroke, and that stroke is largely preventable, treatable and beatable.”

Be a stroke hero! Join our Integris instructor, Charlotte Colbert, to learn simple and practical techniques to recognize a possible stroke in about one minute, learn what to do and what not to do in a stroke emergency, and learn simple and effective ways to lower your stroke risk.

Registration is not required, but encouraged.
