Be a stroke hero! Join our Integris instructor, Charlotte Colbert, at the Northwest Library to learn simple and practical techniques to recognize a possible stroke in about one minute, learn what to do and what not to do in a stroke emergency, and learn simple and effective ways to lower your stroke risk.
