Event Description

Ssssslither down to the library to learn all about snakes from snake expert Larry Daniel of The International Herpetological & Invertebrate Society. Participants will learn about snake anatomy and physiology, what to do if they encounter a snake in the wild, how to recognize venomous snakes and more! At the end, guests will have the opportunity to hold and/or touch a snake if interested.

This program is part of our Fairytale STEAM Break at the Downtown Library!

Registration is encouraged. Geared toward ages 7-12.
