Event Description

The Ralph Ellison Library welcomes instructor and registered dietitian Taylor Conner from the OSU Extension Office for two food-making and preserving programs. Learn to make delicious and nutritious salsas in this class designed for cooks of all levels. Families are welcomed! There is a limit for this class so that enough supplies are available.

Because space is limited, registration is required!

Next week's class will be on canning and preservation techniques, be sure to register for part two of this program.
