Event Description
Come and learn how to prepare pashofa, also known as tanchi labona, for Native American Heritage Month. This is a very simplified recipe that does not call for much. This hominy and meat based dish is considered a staple by the Choctaw and Chickasaw Nations. There are similar counterparts found among other tribal nations.
