Learn and explore multiple dance styles to maintain physical health, confidence, and a sense of well-being. Dance technique, motor skill development, and social connection creates an experience that is physically and emotionally beneficial. Class will include seated and standing segments. This program is designed to be inclusive and adaptive to each participants needs.
This class is for older adults, ages 55+.
