Event Description
Take a few minutes for yourself and spend some time practicing mindfulness: quietly focusing on the present moment and developing a feeling of acceptance and peace. A therapist will guide you in meditation and help you give your brain a break. This event will take place on the library's Facebook page on 3/16, 3/23, and 3/30 at 6:30 pm. The meditation will be recorded and available on the Video tab on our Facebook page so you can watch it whenever you need a moment to pause your life and be present with yourself.
