Discover the flavors and traditions of the Vietnamese Tet Festival (New Year) in this hands-on workshop! Learn how to make Bánh trôi, delightful rice flour dumplings filled with cane sugar crumbles, similar to sweet chewy mochi. Explore the cultural significance of these treats while creating something delicious to celebrate the Lunar New Year. 

All experience levels welcome.
Bring a friend! Participants will be paired up.
