Program Description

Event Description

Magnesium is an essential mineral involved in over 300 biochemical reactions in the human body. Join us on Zoom to learn about all the benefits of magnesium, foods that contain it, and all about the different forms found in supplements - L-threonate, glycinate, citrate, taurate, malate, oxide, chloride, ionic, etc. Discover why magnesium is so hard to get from food alone and how we can best overcome that barrier.
