Did you know dance is a great way to improve mental and physical health? Using a combination of simple steps (rooted in street dance) with intuitive movements, learners will gain confidence and focus. In this introductory class, students will learn a variety of movements with Hip Hop, Freestyle, and Breaking elements. In addition to rhythm training, this class will focus on beat matching and isometric strengthening.
