Event Description
+++NOTICE+++ Due to expected cool temperatures on Saturday, it is likely that we will have to cancel this outdoor patio program. If you are ages 8 and up though, we invite you to make a study room reservation for any time 9-5 on Saturday 12/11 or 1-6 on Sunday 12/12, and we will have a kit for you to borrow at the desk. Please call 4052318650 or email the library askalibrarian@metrolibrary.org and let us know when to expect you!
Use ramps, crossovers, bits, interceptors, gears and gear bits to see how a computer works! You'll work your way through 60 different puzzles in a comic book format to bring Aria the space engineer closer to rescue from a forgotten planet. Each puzzle completes a specific objective. For more info on TURING TUMBLE kits, visit
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3r0P3CSYI-U. Participants should be old enough to read well, solve logic puzzles and work with small pieces (3rd grade and up).
Registration is by TABLE of family and friends (3 max per group). We will meet on the CHILDREN'S patio. In the event of inclement weather or if the temperature does not exceed 58 degrees one hour prior, we will cancel the program and contact you by email.
