Event Description
Use coffee grounds to paint Lucille Mulhall's trick horse, Governor! In our lobby during Spring Break, you can also pose for a picture in front of a western backdrop, peruse the contents of a cowboy-themed trunk from the Oklahoma History Center, or grab a scavenger hunt sheet and two-step around the library in search of clues.
Kits are limited to ONE per household. Duplicate registrations will be deleted. Coffee ground "paint" will be sufficient for several children; just copy the horse template! Kits can be picked up at Northwest Library from Wednesday, March 16th, through Saturday, March 19th. Registered customers must pick up kits by Saturday at 5:00 PM or call the library at (405) 231-8650 to make alternate pick up arrangements, as any remaining kits will be made available to waitlisted customers on Sunday.
