Program Description

Event Description

Join us to celebrate Makar Sankranti, India’s vibrant harvest festival, by making two traditional delights: Golden Milk and Tilgul Ladoos. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to prepare Golden Milk, a soothing, spiced winter drink infused with turmeric and ginger, known for its warming and health-boosting properties. We’ll also craft Tilgul Ladoos, sweet sesame and jaggery balls that symbolize warmth, unity, and the festive spirit of togetherness.

This event offers a fun way to explore the cultural significance of Makar Sankranti while enjoying delicious treats to share with family and friends. All skill levels are welcome!

Bring a friend! Participants will be paired up.
