It's hard to eat healthy during the holidays! In this class we'll learn how to incorporate gluten free recipes into any holiday meal. Gluten free eating can ease "brain fog" and bloating, and promote better sleep. Nutritional Health Coach Robin Marshall from Natural Grocers will share tips and tricks to create delicious gluten free dishes to keep your health on track this holiday season.
