Radishes are one of many fresh, local produce items that are available this time of year! They are an often overlooked but nutritious, low calorie vegetable that can add new flavor to your dinner table. Taylor Conner, Family and Consumer Sciences Educator and Registered Dietitian, will offer tips on picking, storing and preparing radishes. During the program, she will prepare a recipe using radishes and participants are encouraged to cook along! Handouts provided. Registration required to receive the Zoom link.
