Join other video game lovers for a fun-filled program full of gaming, group challenges, and other activities. Playing video games with others helps to build skills such as: problem solving, teamwork, spatial reasoning, and communication. Gaming is also a great way to reduce stress and boost your mood! Come meet new friends, explore other worlds, and learn about the many resources your neighborhood library has to offer!
Are you needing to go shop for school clothes or get your mind, body and soul ready for the new school year? Well Southern Oaks is the place to let your kid come be out of your way playing video games while you tend to your errands.
Come to Southern Oaks Library during the Summer 2025 Break with a video gaming session with other kids. We will have racing/battle games on the big screen while 4 other televisions will have other gaming systems going. Come out and have a blast playing the world's greatest entertainment and enjoying some fresh refreshments.
