Event Description
The Intermediate Tai Chi class teaches participants ways to improve their overall mind, body and spirit through a series of slow continuous movements. Beginners Tai Chi or previous Tai Chi experience is helpful. The class meets twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for six weeks. To register please sign up online, in the library or call 405-231-8650.
Evidence suggests that Tai Chi is an effective means of improving balance strengthening muscles, and building confidence to prevent falls.
