Oklahoma State Department of Health will be available to assist parents with children answer questions about car seats and distribute car seats to parents with children who are under 4'9" tall. The Child, Parent or Legal Guardian of the Child, and the Vehicle Must Be Present to receive a seat. Bring proof of government assistance (i.e. WIC/SNAP/Sooner Care)
