Program Description

Event Description

Calling all readers! Looking to build community and challenge yourself to discover new, exciting tales? If so, then look no further! Come meet new friends, read new books, and enjoy lively conversation at your neighborhood library.

Join our BIPOC Book Club to read fiction and non-fiction books from Black, Indigenous, and other People of Color authors every month. In January, in honor of MLK Jr. Holiday, we will be reading and discussing Jonathan Eig's "King: A Life." Participants can register and place a copy of the book on hold to pick up at their closest library branch. A discussion guide can be picked up in person from Capitol Hill Library or received via email after January 3rd, 2024.
