Event Description

Author Russell Cobb will discuss his new book, Ghosts of Crook County.  The true—and unsolved—story of unabashedly greedy men, their exploitation of Muscogee land, and the hunt for the ghost of a boy who may never have existed.

Mr. Cobb will delve into a walkthrough of how he constructed the family history of the Atkins family, using online tools, old school archives, and descendant stories.

 

Books will be available for purchase.
